Found it. Here's the summary:\n\n## The person: Somsak Wongchinda\n\nThe message came via a group chat titled "Net-Zero Energy Building Project" (also a second group, "Net-Zero Energy Building Discussion"), whose members are you, Karel, and Somsak Wongchinda. Per his contact entry, Somsak is a 55-year-old software engineer from Bangkok with 30+ years building monitoring systems to track and reduce industrial emissions, working with manufacturing, energy, and transportation industries.\n\n## What he offered\n\n1. Help build an energy monitoring system for your net-zero building — he proposed using IoT sensors and machine learning algorithms to track and reduce energy consumption, drawing on his emissions-monitoring work.\n2. Case studies — he's developed monitoring systems with several industries in Thailand and offered to share those case studies with you.\n3. Advice already given — in the chat, he explained the approach: combining sensors + ML algorithms to track and reduce emissions, and said he thinks it could be applied to your project.\n4. Availability — he said he'd be happy to join a video conference / community meeting about the project and would clear his schedule; he was waiting on you for a date and time.\n\n(Karel, in the same chats, separately offered input on geothermal/biomass and stakeholder engagement — flagging that so it isn't confused with Somsak's offer.)\n\nPer your instruction, I haven't contacted anyone or set up any meetin … [cut: 1,640 characters in the record]
